Service Description
Start your week right and join Emily Warrior in the serene surroundings of Southside (formerly St. Katherine's Church), for a blissful 60 minute yoga class designed to reduce aches and pains, improve mobility, strength and flexibility of the whole body as well as calming the mind and releasing stress, helping you to wind down, preparing you for a great nights sleep. For your information; - Class is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. - Recommended to bring your own mat and equipment. We have limited equipment available to borrow. - Please make sure to arrive at least 5-10 minutes before class is due to start. - FREE parking available and water, tea and coffee facilities included. - Hall is heated with additional underfloor heating to ensure you stay nice and warm during the class. 📍Venue Address; Southside (the former St Katherine's Church), Colegrave Street, Lincoln, LN5 8DW CLASSES EVERY MONDAY. To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 1 hour before the class is due to begin. Any cancellations made with less than 1 hour's notice will not be refunded but can be rescheduled.
